Depending on the venue, set lists range from all original songs to a mix of originals and creative covers of artist such as Tom Waits, Chris Whitley, the Beatles, Gillian Welch, and the Grateful Dead.

Concerts and workshops can include sound clips from my personal archive of interviews with artists such as Paul Simon, Jerry Garcia, Elvis Costello, Joni Mitchell, and Pete Seeger.

PAST PERFORMANCES

JPR has performed at coffeehouses, clubs, theaters, festivals, music stores, and house concerts from New York to Florida to California and points between. He’s shared the stage with Cheryl Wheeler, Eric Bibb, and Karen Savoca and Pete Heitzman, and performers at Rodgers’ Words and Music Songwriter Showcase have included Maura Kennedy, Joe Crookston, Mike Powell, Joe Driscoll, Jamie Notarthomas, Colin Aberdeen and Mark Nanni (Los Blancos), John Cadley, Dusty Pas’cal, Loren Barrigar, Lisa Gentile, Ashley Cox, Bob Halligan Jr., Tim Burns (Two Hour Delay), Dana “Short Order” Cooke, and many others.
